Click Here to be a Consignor Reminder...the DEADLINE for entering your items, and CLICKING "FINISHED" for the Fredericksburg sale is Friday, August 22nd at 9:00 pm Pick up day is Thursday, August 28th from 11 - 2 AND 4:30 - 6pm After you enter your items, the price tags (bar code tags) must be made. A regular COLOR printer is all that is needed. You have two options available to complete the price tags. 1. Do them yourself. Purchase 1 x 2 5/8ths address labels (Wal mart, Staples, etc) to print your bar codes and follow the instructions on how to align the printing by following our easy instructions on the enter items page. If you have trouble, there is a trouble shooting page link at the bottom of this page. 7 out of 10 consignors printed their own labels for the Spring sale and this cuts down your time during drop off. 2. We print them for you. For those consignors who can not print their own bar codes, we will do them for you. We will have internet access at the Field House, so we can print your bar codes the same day you enter them. Just enter and click "finished" and follow the directions for donating or not donating. We will print your labels as they are finished and have them at the store for you. Preparing for Making your Price tags: 1. Use 3x5 index cards CUT IN HALF as in previous sales and stick the address label with your bar code as shown below. Card stock paper will also work cut into 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" size tags. Notice I added information about the item on the side, off of the bar code label. Any info you think the buyer should know can go on here. OR EASIER IDEA... You can print bar codes on card stock paper and then cut them apart and staple or tape it to the cut index card. Be sure not to staple near the bar code or tape over the bar code!!!! These will be easier to print as you won't have to align your margins as carefully to fit on the little mailing labels. YOU WILL NEED CARD STOCK WHITE PAPER if you do this. Regular paper will not be accepted as it will tear off the index card too easily once the clothing are on the racks. From L to R, stapled, taped and address label on 3x5 cut index card 2. GATHER AND ORGANIZE the items you are selling. The more organized, the quicker Drop Off will be! As best as you can, put your items in order by GENDER and SIZE before you start.
