Donation Information

Consignors, please print a copy of your inventory to have for your personal records and your tax records. We will generate a seller report for you to print once the sale is over, and it will be available on the your consignor Check Sales page. We clear these files before each sale and we cannot get a copy once they are gone, so don't wait!

Attaching your inventory and seller report to the tax slip is a good idea. Knowing that some very deserving charitable organizations will be the recipient of your unsold merchandise and that you can write them off on your taxes is a wonderful idea!

Our charitable organizations for 2010 were:
  • Fredericksburg Resource Center (Foster Families)
  • Stafford Division of Social Services
  • New Life Ministries
  • Spotsylvania Head Start
  • Women of the Chapel at Quantico Marine Base (for military families in need)
  • Mt Ararat Baptist Church community outreach
  • Power of God Christian Church (to aid those in Haiti after the devastating earthquake)
  • Spotsylvania and Fredericksburg Schools (elementary school nurses' offices)
