Hanging & Tagging

1. GATHER AND ORGANIZE THE ITEMS YOU ARE SELLING

The more organized, the quicker entering will be! As best as you can, put our items in order by GENDER and SIZE before you start. 

2. PREPARE YOUR ITEMS

Wash, iron, repair buttons, gather loose pieces of toys and do whatever is necessary to ensure that your items are in excellent condition. Items will be returned that do not meet our guidelines. Hang clothing on hangers so that the hanger looks like a question mark when you are looking at the front of the garment.

3. MAKE A LIST

To help you keep your items in order and speed up item entering, you may want to write a list of your items, keeping them in the order that you write them down, and then take just the list to the computer for entering. Write down three columns: item description, size and price. This method seems to be faster and there's less chance of things getting out of order if you don't have to move the items.

4. ENTER YOUR ITEMS ONLINE

Note: BE SURE YOU HAVE REGISTERED YOUR NAME AS A CONSIGNOR. Write down your number and password for safe keeping.

Enter your descriptions and prices on the internet for each of your items. Do this carefully and accurately. You will be able to save your work and come back to it later if you'd like. You can edit your items at any time before printing your tags. You can reprint tags if you want to change something before the deadline date listed on the sale page.

We require a $4 minimum price. If it's not worth $4, then we ask that you please not bring it to the sale OR you can bundle more than one item. We also now have $0.50 increments, such as $4.50.

We do not accept rubber banded hangers. Zip ties through the hanger is acceptable for matching sets. these can be purchased at Walmart in the automotive section.

5. PRINT THE PRICE TAGS

After you enter your items print the price tags (bar code tags) using a regular printer and white card stock paper.

Do not use regular paper as it will tear easily. The format is already set for you... Just click and print! You don't need color to print, just black and white.

If you have trouble, please email us and we will contact you within 24 hours.

Tag items as shown, using a safety pin to attach the tag on the right side of the garment as it faces you. No straight pins please. There is a place marked on the tag for the pin. Big items or hard plastic items will have to have their tags taped on with clear packing tape. Please tape above the bar code as it sometimes interferes with the scanner.

6. DROP OFF

Please allow 30-45 minutes for Drop Off.


When you come to the store with your items, we will check through your items to make sure they meet our standards and then ask you to place your items on the racks by size and gender. Racks will be clearly marked for you. Children are allowed during drop off but they must stay with you at all times. The earlier in the week you come, the quicker it will be!!

7. COME TO THE CONSIGNOR PRE-SALE 

**Sign up to volunteer and shop before the public and before the consignors! It's not mandatory to volunteer, but we sure appreciate it if you do AND it's fun to be out with other girls, without your kids. Consignors and volunteers also get to shop early on half price day! See sale information and dates page for times and dates.

8. PICK UP DAY- AFTER THE SALE

There is only ONE pick up day! See the sale info page for day and time. We will have your check and tax donation sheets if you clicked to donate while entering your items. It is the consignors responsibility to find their items on the selling floor. ALL ITEMS LEFT AFTER PICK UP WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY, AS WE HAVE TO BE OUT OF THE FACILITY. PLEASE leave enough time to retrieve your items during pick up time.

Help those in need, donate your unsold items to area organizations and receive a tax deduction. Last sale we donated to the US Marine Corp, Foster Families, Social Services, Bright Beginnings, and area elementary schools for their nurse's offices.
